복잡한 도로를 벗어나 한가로운 동네 안으로 들어가야 가게를 만날 수 있습니다. 찾기 어렵진 않아요. 이런 곳에 식당이 있을까? 싶은데 진짜 동네 한 자리에 아기자기하게 있었고, bar 형태의 테이블 앞에 쉐프님의 요리 과정을 전부 볼 수 있었네요. 단체로 가기엔 가게가 조금 협소하고 불편할 수는 있지만 연인이나 단짝 친구들과 방문하기 좋을 거 같아요. 저녁에 방문하시길 추천합니다.

When I used to live by here I was visiting almost daily. I’ve tried many items on the menu and everything is amazing. It is somewhere I always want to bring new friends and family. My favorite Italian restaurant in Seoul!

Dining at Volta was a pleasant experience! The restaurant is quaint, in a quiet part of town, and has a peaceful and intimate atmosphere. The food was very good and well-priced. The chef also does the service; he was very polite and I am impressed at his efficiency and skill in cooking. I will definitely be coming back for high-quality Western food!

Delicious! I ordered the burrata salad and the carbonara. Both were amazing, but the salad was out of this world! 🤤😋

It was really hard to decide between the carbonara pasta and the pork belly entrée... I'll just have to come back to try the pork belly!

The service was amazing. This is just a one man show (at least when I was here), so it may take a bit of time for your food to come. The restaurant is pretty small, though, and it's all bar seating. I love that because I love watching spectacular chefs prepare the amazing dishes! ☺️👍👍

Edit: I came back! I got the pork belly entree this time, and... It was really amazing! 😳🤤😋 The pork belly was so tender and juicy, with a slightly crispy skin. 🤤 If you love tasty food, seriously come here and order some amazing food. ☺️👍 I got the tiramisu as well, because tiramisu is fantastic. It certainly didn't disappoint. I look forward to coming back! 🤤😋

연남동에 볼타 생기고나서 벌써 세번째 방문입니다.
시끄럽지 않은 분위기에서 조용히 맛있는 음식을 먹을 수 있는곳.
그리고 쉐프님이 신경써서 만들어주시는 음식들 퀄리티가 어나더 레벨입니다.
오래오래 장사하셨으면 좋겠어요.

메뉴가 다 맛이 좋았고
테이블 와인도 그럭저럭 괜찮았다
사장님 혼자 일하시기 때문에
시간이 조금 걸릴 수 있지만 그 만큼 맛은 보장
바 테이블 위주로 되어 있어
둘이 가는게 제일 좋고 셋까지는 어떻게 가능하지만 넷이서는 조금 힘들어 보인다
인테리어가 깔끔하고 분위기가 좋아
데이트 코스로 추천!
동네가 조용하고 붐비지 않는 점도 마음에 들고 좀만 걸으면 연트럴 파크가 있어 위치도 나쁘지 않다

Volta...

This is one hidden spot throughout all Sinchon area.

When you enter the restaurant, you will find a cozy and comfortable bar chairs that face the owner-chef.

All food in the menu is based on the order. Once ordered, then the chef will begin to cook right then. (So, please consider some time in-between when you order menu items. Instead of ordering one after one. I would recommend one whole menu items at the same time - so that the chef can consider the service timing and so on.)

The pork is just mouth-watering good- The skin of the pork was crisppy while the inside was sooo tender & juicy..;)

The lamb... I must say it was a complete entree without any discomforting odor (even I did not feel any need for the mint sauce!!!)

Caesar salad was well-balanced with chicken and vegetables.

All other Itallian food spaghetth and Risotto especially Garlic shrimp cream risotto is the must-have!!!

I won't say more..

Go there... try them..

The menu is well-presented with the list of wine. I had 'Two Hands'(around KRW85,000) wine, which had a nice marriage with all the menu that I had. - Recommendation from the Chef!! 😉
