無人チェックイン、チェックアウトでした。パスワードはメールで教えてくれました。チェックインマシーンは、日本語対応でした。

受付の若い女の方頑張って日本語を使ってくれた！新しくて綺麗だったけれど　ろうかの声や上の階の人の歩く音など聞こえてきた!　駅近いのでまた泊まるかな?

이 호텔 리뷰 쓰기 싫었어요. (좋은데는 저만 알고 싶어서요. ㅎㅎㅎ) 하지만 무릎 허리 안아픈데 없는 엄마들과 순천을 여행하는 딸내미들을 위해 공유합니다.

로케이션. 말해뭐해요. 기차역도보, 근처에 먹을것도 많고, 안전하고. 최곱니다.

방, 호텔, 옥상정원, 청결 매우 만족스러웠어요.
어쩌다 맡을수 있는 담배냄새도 전혀 없었고,
침구며 화장실이며, 깨끗하고 정.갈.했습니다.

간편한 아침식사, 라면/커피/누릉지/음료. 어머니들도 좋아하셨어요. 순천에 여행하는 외국인들 좀 보이는것 같은데, 토스트+버터 있음 그들은 좋아할듯해요.

일하는 직원들 매우 친절하고 informative합니다.
누구신지 잘 모르겠지만, 안경쓰신 사장님? 메니져님? 오늘 아침 발동동 거리던 두모녀 살리셨어요. (여수에서 순천시 향해 절 올립니다.🙇🏻‍♀️) 디텔을 자세히 올리고 싶지만, 누군가가 이분의 친절을 남용할까봐 생략할게요. 순천시 호텔 아이엠에 큰 감동을 받았습니다.

다음에 남편이랑 다시 올게요. 감사합니다.

Love the generosity of the hotel in terms of bottled water being placed on every floor next to the life and entrance for guest who needs more water besides the 2 bottles placed in the room fridge.The ramen breakfast was simple and nice. Had a great stay. Thank you.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station and a bus stop that takes you directly to the Bay wetlands and national garden. The room was clean and spacious for 2 people with a comfortable bread. There is also a room with board games and the hotel sells snacks. The only negative is there is no washing machine available to use or laundry service, so we had to take a bus to a different part of town to use a launderette.

This had all the basics we needed and we spent three comfortable nights here. Its location was great for arrival and departure by train, for visiting seonam temple and walled village by bus and for walking to Aretjang Market. And it was very good value

The only sore point was the breakfast which was not possible given that the only drink was milk. Haven't you thought about the widespread lactose intolerants? It was sufficient to provide tea bags and a kettle of water. You spent thousands of money to put a sterilizer and clothes dryer in every room, but you didn't want to spend few wons on banal tea bags. In any case, I can't give a low score because there is a lot of cleanliness and an excellent welcome service in the room: I received a welcome box which even contained a hair blade. Score 8/10 just for breakfast’s reason.
