족발과 냉채중 선택장애로 주문한 후 메뉴를 한번 바꿔서 결국엔 그냥 족발로 주문 또 주문 바꿔서 대자로 주문..
2명이 먹으니 대자도 많은 양은 아니네요. 된장찌게에 공기밥까지 시켰는데도요..
껍질과 비게가 같이 썰어진 부위가 젤 맛있는듯..
된장찌게도 해물때문에 감칠맛이 확나네요.

냉채족발, 족발 주문했어요. 족발이 기름지지않고 느끼하지않고 한약재 맛도 살짝 느껴져요. 엄청 얇게 썰으시는 칼솜씨 리스펙트. 김치와 무말랭이(?)도 참 맛있어요.
해파리무침과 같이 나오는 냉채족발도 오이와 버무려져 있고 고기가 얇게 채썰어져 같이 무쳐져서 맛있어요.

Braised pork leg (Trotter) restaurant with plenty of side dishes with each main ordered.
Comes in 3 types -
Braised Pork Leg
Braised Pork Leg with fresh salad
Braised Pork leg in spice flavour.
Comes in 3 sizes, small, medium and large.

Had their original and famous braised pork. All meat are already sliced.
You might want to note there is plenty of side dishes that comes with the main dishes, so a Small serving can actually be filling for 2 pax.
Restaurant service is fast and clean.
Food is good, would be a good consideration if you’re around the area.

I stopped by and ate it about 10 years ago, and the taste has become much milder than then. If you add mustard, you can enjoy a similar taste as before. I had naengchae jokbal and ohhyang jangyuk, but the naengchae jokbal was more delicious. For parking, you have to use a public parking lot, but it is quite expensive.

Back here after 4 years, and the Jokbal is still so good! Got both normal and chilled Jokbal, and the family enjoyed it all along with the side dishes. Will definitely come back again when in Busan

바뻐서 그런지 친절하진 않아요 그래도 이해못할정도는 아닙니다 ㅋ 얇으면서 쫄깃 따뜻하면서 부드러운거 좋아하시면 별로 일듯 하지만 저는 너무 맛있었어요ㅋ가격은 싼편은 아닌거같아요
