An absolutely amazing experience here. From the design to the desserts and the coffee, everything was just great. I had a cinnamon coffee which was very strong and delicious. The coffees are very pungent and not average tasting like everywhere else, the design and vintage decor are also beautiful. There is different buildings and floors to explore. I was here for about 2 hours with my friend and can't wait to go back.

Absolutely great, honest, top class coffee with no frills/gimmick. Enjoyed every little bit of my experience here. Of course from the pour-over coffee, the almond croissant, the choice of music that they played, the service, all worked together beautifully. I could absolutely just stay here all day and just tucked myself away from the rest of the world.

100% would return every single time I'm in Seoul !

New entry on my favorite cafes list for sure. The vintage aesthetic, the traditional najeonchilgi furniture and details, the apothecary details too, aesthetically it's so pleasing and such a nice work of art. It lifts up your mood, as you see it. The day I went was cold, many people there but I managed a nice cozy seat. I love how the areas are so cozy. It seems you're time traveling, too. For the part of Hyemindang, the aesthetic outside and inside the bakery is amazing. Delicious things all set up, the cakes look so beautiful, and I had a strawberry tart that tasted great. I hope the other things are too! This place is so worth a visit. Maybe the system is not so cool, because it is separate and you have to take a seat first and then go to both places to get your order two times but maybe that is why it makes it unique. I see that sometimes there are jazz events, the more perfect.

'커피한약방'과 좁은 골목을 마주 보고 있지만 함께 운영되는 디저트하우스. 커피한약방에서 커피나 음료를 주문하고, 혜민당에서는 디저트만 구입할 수 있다. 아주 다양한 종류의 케이크, 타르트, 쿠키와 빵을 판매하는데 맛은 대체로 좋은편이나 가격대는 다소 높다. 이곳은 1층에서 주문하고, 1층부터 3층까지 마련되어 있는 자리로 이동해서 먹으면 되는데, 바로 앞쪽 건물에 있는 커피한약방의 1층과 2층으로 가서 먹어도 무방하다. 실내는 자개장, 오르간, 약재서랍장 등 옛스러운 감성이 물씬 풍겨지는 가구와 소품들로 예쁘게 꾸며져 있다. 이제는 서울의 핫플레이스에는 외국인들이 먼저 알고 찾아오는 느낌마저 들 정도로 많은 외국인들이 방문하는 장소이다. 색다르지만 차분한 분위기를 느끼며 커피나 디저트를 즐길 수 있는 장소이다.
